FESTIVE CRANBERRY STUFFING

 

1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

1 rib celery, chopped

½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1 small onion, chopped

4 cups herb seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)

 

Mix broth, a dash of black pepper, celery, cranberries and onion in saucepan.  Heat to a boil.  Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.  Add stuffing ad mix lightly. Spoon into baking dish.  Place in 325 degree oven just until thoroughly heated.
