#MEwx Much milder temps with Baked Salmon for dinner

Yesterday I posted a Salmon Loaf recipe, so I thought I'd post a Baked Salmon recipe for today.

BAKED SALMON

4 servings

 

4 (2 ½ oz) salmon steaks

Vegetable cooking spray

2 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp dried whole dill weed

½ tsp dried parsley flakes

½ tsp pepper

 

1.                  Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

2.                  Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice.  Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley, and pepper.

3.                  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
