WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING.
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches for
a storm total of 3 to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New Hampshire and south central,
southwest, west central and western Maine.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Across southern parts of the advisory area
snow may mix with or change to sleet, freezing rain, or rain for
a time. Snowfall rates will approach 1 inch per hour at times
late this afternoon.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.
