Today we'll have snow or rain during morning hours with rain likely this afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Warmer with highs in the upper 30s with light and variable winds.

Tonight we'll have partly cloudy skies with lows in the lower 20s. Winds will be light and variable.

Our outdoor temperature is 32.2°F, the humidity is 94%, the Dew Point is 30.6°F and our wind chill is 32.2°F.

The wind direction is West Southwest between 0.0 MPH and 0.0 MPH.

The Relative pressure is 30.02, the Absolute pressure is 29.82 and falling with a weather graphic indicating rain/snow.

Visibility is 2.4 Miles with light snowfall.

The UV rating is 0 out of 16, Sunrise is 6:46 A.M. EST, Sunset is 5:00 P.M. EST.

We received roughly 2-3 inches of snow here over the past 24 hours.

Remember, this Friday is Valentine's Day.

LOVELIGHT CHOCOLATE CAKE

1.         Grease and flour 2 round cake pans, or one 13"x9" pan.

2.         Beat until frothy 2 egg whites.

3.         Gradually beat in ½ cup sugar; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.

4.         Sift together into another bowl 2 ¼ cups sifted cake flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt.

5.         Add ⅓ cup vegetable oil, ½ cup milk.

6.         Beat 1 minute on medium speed.

7.         Add ½ cup milk, 2 egg yolks, 1 ½ tsp. vanilla.

8.         Beat 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly.

9.         Fold in meringue.

10.       Pour into prepared pans.

11.       Bake at 350⁰ for 30-35 minutes in layer pans, or 40-45 minutes for larger pan.

12.       Ice as desired.
