* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches .

* WHERE...The coastal plain of Maine to the western Maine

foothills.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Snowy conditions will make driving more difficult,

especially during the morning commute.
