  Snow squalls will affect northern Kennebec...northern Waldo... 
  central Oxford...southeastern Somerset...southeastern Franklin... 
  southeastern Coos and northeastern Carroll Counties... 
  At 1237 PM EST...A line of snow squalls extended from 6 miles east 
  of Skowhegan to 6 miles north of Mount Washington...and moving 
  southeast AT 30 MPH. 
  Locations impacted include... 
  Waterville, Berlin, Farmington, Fairfield, Lancaster, Bethel, 
  Skowhegan, Pittsfield, Thorndike, Oakland, Rumford, Madison, Jay, 
  Clinton, Belgrade, Livermore Falls, Dixfield, Canton, Andover and 
  Grafton. 
  This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 122 and 157. 
  
  This also includes... 
  Mount Jefferson, Mount Madison, Mount Eisenhower, Wildcat Mountain, 
  and Speckled Mountain. 
  * Winds in excess of 35 mph are possible with this snow squall. 
  * Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter mile in 
  this snow squall.
