INSIDE-OUT BEEF WRAPS

4 wraps

2 purchased regular or Italian-flavor soft breadsticks, about 7x1¾ inches

¼ cup soft cream cheese with onions and chives

4 slices (1 oz each) process American cheese

4 slices dell roast beef, about 7x3 inches

4 large leaf lettuce leaves

8 pretzel sticks

Cut each breadstick crosswise in half. Cut each half lengthwise not quite through to bottom of breadstick.  Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese onto one cut side of slit.  Center cheese slice on beef slice. Wrap beef and cheese around breadstick, with beef on the outside. Wrap lettuce leaf around Beef on beadstick. Secure with pretzel sticks.

NOTE: I’m not posting the nutritional value for this one.  If you can’t see how bad for this is just by reading the recipe, don’t make it.  Kids burn that kind of fat etc off in record time though.
