Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 8 am EST this

morning.

* hazard types... snow

* accumulations... snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches... with a bit

less on the immediate coast.

* Timing... light snow will taper off and end by around 8 am.

* Impacts... slippery travel possible for the morning

commute... especially on secondary roads.

* Winds... northeast 5 mph or less.

* Temperatures... in the lower 30s.

 

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow

will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow

covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.
