Cold and rainy all day

Good morning Augusta.

This morning it is overcast with rain, then a chance of rain in the afternoon. High of 46F. Breezy. Winds from the NNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 70%.

Tonight it will be partly cloudy. Low of 30F with a windchill as low as 23F. Breezy. Winds from the NW at 10 to 20 mph.
