Overcast with snow on the way

Good morning Augusta.

The winter weather watch has been upgraded to a weather advisory.

This morning it is mostly cloudy with a chance of snow, then overcast with a chance of snow. High of 36F. Winds from the ENE at 5 to 10 mph shifting to the ESE in the afternoon. Chance of snow 40%.

Tonight it will be overcast with snow. Low of 28F. Winds from the ESE at 5 to 10 mph shifting to the NE after midnight. Chance of snow 80% with accumulations up to 2 in. possible.

We have Northeast winds between 1.8 MPH and 2.7 MPH.
