* WHERE...In New Hampshire, Strafford, Eastern Hillsborough and

Interior Rockingham Counties. In Maine, Central Interior

Cumberland, Interior Waldo, Kennebec, androscoggin and Interior

York Counties.

* WHEN...Until Noon EDT today.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree

limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
