Let's bake something other than apples!

 

GREAT GRAPEFRUIT BAKE

 

1 medium grapefruit

1 medium navel orange

1 tbsp apricot preserves, no sugar added

Cinnamon

1 tbsp poppy seeds

1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

 

Peel and section grapefruit and orange and arrange on serving platter, alternating sections. Dot on apricot preserves and sprinkle generously with cinnamon and poppy seeds.  Cover with vented plastic wrap, and microwave on High for 3 minutes.  Remove wrap and sprinkle with walnuts.  Serve warm or chilled.
