GRAHAM CRACKERS WITH BROWN SUGAR

6 graham crackers, whole

2 Tblsp. butter or margarine

4 Tblsp. brown sugar

½ cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400.

Spread graham crackers on baking sheet in one layer.

Cream butter and sugar together; add nuts.  Spread on graham crackers.

Bake until sugar melts and caramelizes, just a few minutes.  Sugar will have spread over the crackers when melted.

These will burn quickly.

*LUSCIOUS GOOEY BARS

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1 can sweetened condensed milk

6 oz. chocolate chips

½ cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients well.  Put in a well-greased 9"x9" pan.

Bake for 25 minutes until set and cooked through.  It will still be soft and wonderfully gooey.

Cut into pieces that you wish, or cut in half if you are married to a cookie monster.
