A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN

KENNEBEC...SOUTHEASTERN SOMERSET AND SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN

COUNTIES...

At 327 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located

along a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Bingham to 6 miles

west of Wilton. Movement was east at 30 mph.

 

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these

storms.

 

Locations impacted include...

Farmington, Fairfield, Skowhegan, Pittsfield, Madison, Jay, Livermore

Falls, Dixfield, Bingham, Norridgewock, Wilton, Anson, Canaan,

Hartland, Chesterville, Cornville, Fayette, Athens, Embden and

Harmony.
