WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY ISSUED: 2:59 PM NOV. 18, 2019 – NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EST THIS EVENING.

* WHAT...Light freezing rain or freezing drizzle expected along with some pockets of sleet or light snow. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northern New Hampshire and south central and southwest Maine.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EST this evening.

 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads may become slippery in spots, especially bridges and overpasses. Many road surfaces remain below freezing and may result in slippery travel even if air

temperatures are in the mid 30s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible

power outages.
