Our outdoor temperature is 32.5°F, the humidity is 60%, the Dew Point is 20.1°F and our wind chill is 23.0°F.

The wind direction is North Northwest between 8.5 MPH and 9.8 MPH.  

The Relative pressure is 30.01, the Absolute pressure is 29.81 and rising with a weather graphic indicating snow/rain.

Visibility is 10.0 Miles with clear and sunny skies.

We received 0.07 inches of rain/snow melt here over the past 24 hours. with yet.

Okay, now that Thanksgiving is over with, what can you do with those leftovers? Read on faithful reader.

TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Serves 6 or 8

1 can cream of chicken soup

¾ cup nonfat milk

3 cups diced cooked turkey

1 (10 oz) box) frozen broccoli spears, thawed

1 (16 oz) box stuffing mix (prepared according to directions) OR use 8 to 10 cups of leftover dressing

 

Heat soup and milk, just enough to be able to mix well.  Pour into a greased 9” x 13” baking dish.  Layer turkey over the soup; layer the broccoli on top.  Top with stuffing or stuffing mix.  Bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
