Colder, some clouds and a weight watchers cinemon roll recipe
This morning we have a mix of clouds and sun followed by cloudy skies for the afternoon. High 52ºF with light and variable winds.
Tonight we’ll have cloudy skies with a slight chance of a rain shower. Low will be 43 ºF. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.

This recipe is for people like me who never met a baked goodie they didn’t like. You know, from the lips to the hips in record time – so this is a weight watchers recipe. It really tastes good.
W.W. cinnamon Rolls
Makes 12 Rolls.
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp butter, melted
1 11 oz tube refrigerated breadsticks
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.
Combine 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp melted butter in small bowl; and set aside.
Separate breadsticks into 12 strips. Sprinkle the tops with the brown sugar mixture and roll each into a spiral, starting with a small end and rolling
to the other. Arrange in the baking pan about 1 inch apart.
bake until lightly golden, about 15-18 min.
Cool on rack 10 min.
For the frosting:
combine ¼ cup confectioners' sugar, 1 ½ Tsp cream cheese, and ¼ Tsp vanilla in small bowl, adding a few drops of water if needed to make a smooth, spreadable
glaze.
Drizzle over tops of rolls. Let stand a few minutes to set.
