3/4 cup oil

1 1/2 tea baking soda

1/2 cup water

Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.  Mix till smooth.  Add nuts/raisins.

Pour into 2- 9"  or 3 - 8" pans well greased loaf pans.  (recently I've started to use Pam to grease the pans

and it works fine)

Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.  Let set a few minutes before taking them out of the pans.
