Pork roast -- thinly sliced

Hot pepper sauce

Sandwich buns

 

Thinly slice pork roast and heat in a shallow saucepan with your favorite barbecue sauce—doctor the sauce with a splash or two of hot pepper sauce. Serve on sandwich buns.
