#MEwx Cloudy and rainy with Marinated Mushrooms
  This   morning we have clouds with some patchy fog. A chance of drizzle with a slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers this afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s with south winds around 10 mph.  
  Tonight   we'll have cloudy skies with showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening, then a chance of showers after midnight. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall in the evening. Humid with lows in the lower 60s with light and   variable winds.

  I   heard from a surprising number of people who say they love mushroom dishes similar to the one I posted yesterday, so here's another one to add to the mushroom collection.
MARINATED   MUSHROOMS
Serves   4
2   cups fresh whole mushrooms
1   cup hot water
½   cup fat free Italian dressing
In   a saucepan, combine mushrooms and water.  Bring mixture to a boil.  Drain.  Place mushrooms in a small bowl.  Pour Italian dressing over hot mushrooms.   Stir gently to coat.  Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Gently stir again just before serving.
