* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and western Maine. Portions of northern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to low visibility and snow covered roads. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
