This morning we have patchy fog with rain and cooler with highs in the upper 40s. Winds are northwest 15 to 20 mph gusting to 30 mph.

Tonight we'll have mostly clear skies with lows in the mid 30s. Winds will be west 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph in the evening, becoming light and variable.
