Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one quarter of an inch expected.

* Where... Kennebec and interior Waldo counties.

* When... from 4 am to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* Impacts... some power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
