* what... heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to 4 inches and ice accumulations of up to a third of an inch expected.

* Where... portions of northern New Hampshire and south central,

west central and western Maine.

* When... from 9 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* Impacts... power outages and tree damage are likely due to the

ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
