Icy roads and snow showers will continue to make for slick travel for the morning commute.

Cold air rushing into the region this morning on very strong westerly winds will continue to allow for the freezing up of any water on untreated roads, parking lots and sidewalks. In addition,

a few snow showers may briefly drop visibilities briefly to below a half mile in some areas. Allow extra time when traveling this morning.
