A line of strong thunderstorms will affect western Kennebec.

southeastern Oxford... Androscoggin... central Cumberland and

southeastern Franklin counties...

An area of showers and a few embedded thunderstorms was located along a line extending from Farmington to Casco this afternoon.

These showers and storms are moving south southeast at 30 mph. Some of the stronger activity may produce small hail up to pea size.

Locations impacted include Lewiston, Augusta, Waterville, Farmington, Mechanic Falls, Oakland,

Turner, gray, Jay, Litchfield, Belgrade, Livermore Falls, Manchester,

Canton, Winthrop, Wilton, Raymond, Yarmouth, Lisbon and Greene.

This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 62 and 92.
