Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Timing... the strongest winds will occur through this evening.

* Impacts... strong winds will make driving difficult...

 especially for high profile vehicles. In addition... scattered

 power outages are possible.
