Winter Weather Advisory Statement as of 3:20 am EST on March 3, 2015

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Weather

Advisory for snow which is in effect from 7 PM this evening to

7 am EST Wednesday.

* Hazard types..snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches.

* Timing... snow will begin this evening and end around sunrise on

Wednesday.

* Impacts... roads will become snow covered and slippery.

* Winds... southwest 10 to 20 mph.

* Temperatures... in the lower 20s.

 

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow

will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow

covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.
