colder and windy

This morning we have Some lingering flurries or snow showers. Some clouds this morning will give way to generally sunny skies for the afternoon. High 28F. Winds NW at 15 to 25 mph. 

  Tonight we will have clear skies. Low 9F. Winds NW at 10 to 15 mph.
