Not as cold, less wind but still chilly

This morning we have a mix of clouds and sun that will give way to cloudy skies this afternoon. High 36F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight we will have cloudy skies early, followed by partial clearing. Low around 25F. Winds light and variable.
