Beautiful Saturday morning

Good morning from the northwest end of Augusta, Maine. We have a sunny and cool morning, with temps rising to the mid 70's for an absolutely fantastic day.

Tonight's temperatures are not expected to drop below the mid to upper 50's with low wind.

This morning's readings are:

a relative humidity of 86% with a Dew Point of 47.3ºF.2ºF.

The temperature is 51.5ºF, with no wind chill with as little wind as we have so far this morning.

The wind velocity this morning is between 1.3 mph and 3.0 mph out of the West Southwest.

Our Barometric pressure is 30.25 and rising.

There has been no rain in the past three days, with none expected for the next 5 days.

For those of you who enjoy weather data and weather instrumentation, you can get a wide array of instrumentation from a variety of sources online and at a wide range of prices. La Crosse Technology is an excellent source, offering instrumentation for amateurs like me as well as professional grade instrumentation. I happen to be using a La Crosse WS 2811, and I got it on sale! With the holidays not all that far away, such instrumentation might be a good gift idea for someone special in your life.
