Are you, or are you married to a real good DIY type of person?

Well, if so and if you want solar panels to knock down that electric bill and bring your property value up, this video is for you.

Install your own solar panels. Yep, that’s right, DIY types can and are doing this all the time.

Why? Well, are you currently running air conditioners to keep cool, or are  you using a heat p[ump?

Also, turn the darn furnace off to get hot water and use a heat pump hot water heater.

Use the solar panels to run the HWH and Heat Pump and stop making the Power Company richer.

BTW, if you have an electric car or hybrid gas/electric plugin car, then the solar panels begin to pay for themselves faster than you think so yes, it’s a great investment.

Are the panels cheap? No they aren’t. But if you throw in with a few other people and buy them in bulk (enough panels for 3 or 4 homes) you’ll get a break on price.

There are also some rebates still out there from the government to buy them, so take the breaks when and where you can.

This kind of DIY requires you to know how to use tools, but installing solar panels is NOT as complex as it sounds.

If you can read and follow directions, you can do this.

BTW, remember there are basically two places to install solar panels. On the roof and on the ground. This video only covers one type of install.

Enjoy, and happy watching.
