A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of west central Kennebec and northeastern Androscoggin Counties through 3:45 PM EDT.

At 3:18 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Livermore Falls, or 8 miles north of Turner, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is

possible.

Locations impacted include...

Turner, Livermore Falls, Winthrop, Leeds, Livermore, Chesterville,

Fayette, Wayne and Readfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
