* WHERE...Southern Franklin, Southern Somerset, Kennebec and Interior Waldo Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of drizzle or freezing drizzle
may occur before snow. Precipitation falling on cold, bare
surfaces may lead to icy conditions despite air temperatures that may be above freezing.
