#MEwx Cold, windy and ice/snow with Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

This morning we have snow and sleet, then snow this afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches. Colder with highs around 19°F, Winds are north 10 to 15 mph gusting to 35 mph.  Wind chill values are as low as 0°F.

Tonight we'll have clouds with a chance of snow during evening hours. Lows dropping to around 6.0°F. Winds will be north around 10 mph gusting to 25 mph. Wind chill values will drop as low as

-7.0°F after midnight.

The wind direction is North between 10.0 MPH and 13.2 MPH.

We received  0.33 inches of snowmelt and rain, and roughly 4 inches of snowfall here over the past 24 hours, and it's still coming down at a pretty good clip.

Visibility is extremely low owing to the blowing snow.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PIE

8 servings

1 lb Philadelphia Fat free Cream Cheese-softened

½ cup Splenda

½ cup plain low fat yogurt

½ tsp vanilla

2 eggs or (1/2 cup egg substitute)

¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted, cooled

1 OREO pie crust

 

Beat cream cheese in large bowl of electric mixer fitter with paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy.  Add sugar; beat until well blended.  Add sour cream (yogurt) and vanilla; mix well.  Add eggs mixing on low speed after each addition just until well blended.  Stir in melted chocolate.  Pour batter into crust.  Bake 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until center are almost set.  Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
