Here's 2 really good breakfast meals for you.

#2 Good if you're watching things.

Breakfast Egg sandwich using egg substitute

Slice one English muffin in half and toast it.

Find a dish that is roughly the same size of the English muffin

Using eggbeaters, usually found in a pint container,

Pour the equivalent of one egg, about ¼ cup of eggbeater into the dish and microwave it on high for about one minute.

Then remove it from the dish directly on the English muffin. Place one slice of your favorite cheese on it and its done.

Serves one

You can add some diced up pre-cooked sausage links or paddies to it too.

Note: Eggbeaters are much lower in fat and collesteral than regular eggs.  Be advised that, if you add cheese and some sausage or bacon to it, you're raising the fat/colesteral level. So act accordingly.
