* WHERE...Central Interior Cumberland, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Interior Waldo, Coastal York, Coastal Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox and Coastal Waldo Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 11 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
