This morning we have mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 30s. Light and variable winds.

BLOODY MARY MIX

2 quarts

1 (46 oz) can tomato juice

1 (10½ oz) can beef broth, undiluted

2 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp instant minced onion

1 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tsp Celery salt

1 tsp Celery seeds

¼ tsp Tabasco sauce

3 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

1 cup Vodka (optional)

Combine all the ingredients, except Vodka, stir well and chill for 8 hours.  Stir in Vodka, if desired, just before serving. Serve over ice.
