* Timing... overnight Friday into Saturday.

* Impacts... low visibility will reduce reaction time and lead to hazardous driving conditions.

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down.

conditions around northern New England remain wet with fog and

light drizzle common. Although the temperature is just above

freezing in most of the area, ground temperatures are colder. As a

result, icy spots are possible on exposed ground surfaces like

roads and sidewalks this evening. Use caution when traveling or

walking.
