Today’s Solar flux is 92, the solar wind speed is 356 Kilometers per second and the chance of a solar storm is 1%.
Today I’m shifting back to a cold treat that is equally delicious for kids and adults.
HOOTENANNY FRAPPE
Makes 18 fantastic servings
1½ cups Sugar
3½ cups Water
1 (6 oz) can frozen Orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 (10 oz) packages frozen sliced Strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 (8 oz) can unsweetened crushed Pineapple, undrained Ginger ale, chilled
Combine sugar and water in a large saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in orange juice concentrate, strawberries, and pineapple. Pour mixture into a 13" x 9" pan, freeze until firm. To serve, let mixture thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. For each serving, spoon 1/2 cup mixture into glass, and add 1 cup ginger ale, stir until slushy. Re-freeze remainder of mixture and use as needed.
