Overcast, cold with mixed precip

Good morning Augusta.

We remain under a winter weather advisory.

This morning it is overcast with ice pellets and snow, then snow and rain in the afternoon. Fog early. High of 39F. Winds from the ESE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation 100%.

Tonight it will be overcast with snow in the evening, then mostly cloudy. Low of 21F with a windchill as low as 12F. Winds from the NNW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 60% with accumulations up to 1 in. possible.

Our wind direction is North between 3.5 MPH and  7.3 MPH.

The UV rating is 0 out of 16, Sunrise is at 7:01 a.m. sunset is 3:59 PM and Moon Rise is at 4:35 p.m. EDT and the moon phase is      a full moon.

We had snowfall of about 2 inches here in the past 24 hours. And it isn't done yet.
