This morning it is overcast with rain showers, then a chance of rain in the afternoon. Fog early. High of 46F. Winds from the NNW at 5 to 10 mph shifting to the SSW in the afternoon. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near 0.2 in. possible.
