which is in effect from 9 am this morning to 7 PM EST this

evening.

* Winds... southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* Timing... mid morning through early evening.

* Impacts... downed trees and or power lines.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means strong winds of 31 to 39 mph or gusts of

46 to 57 mph can lead to damage due to downed tree limbs and

scattered power outages.
