The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Maine...  
Kennebec River at Hallowell affecting Sagadahoc and Kennebec  
Counties. 
For the Kennebec River...including Skowhegan, North Sidney, Augusta,  
Hallowell...Moderate flooding is forecast. 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... 
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law  
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National  
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING... 
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. 
* WHERE...Kennebec River at Hallowell. 
* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning. 
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Parking lots along Front Street begin to  
flood. Town dock begins to flood. 
At 13.0 feet, Water enters the back side of buildings along Water  
Street. Front Street becomes completely submerged. The parking lot  
by town dock flood. 
At 18.0 feet, Water enters Water St (Route 27/ Route 201). 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... 
- At 11:20 AM EDT Monday the stage was 9.4 feet. 
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this 
afternoon to 16.9 feet late tonight. It will then fall below  
flood stage early Wednesday morning to 9.6 feet late 
Wednesday morning. It will rise to 10.2 feet early Wednesday  
afternoon. It will then fall to 9.0 feet late Wednesday 
evening. It will rise to 9.9 feet early Thursday morning. It  
will then fall again and remain below flood stage. 
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
