Kennebec River At Augusta affecting Kennebec County. 
Kennebec River At Skowhegan affecting Kennebec and Somerset 
Counties.

Suncook River At North Chichester affecting Belknap and Merrimack  
Counties. 
Lamprey River Near Newmarket affecting Rockingham and Strafford  
Counties. 
For the Saco River...including Conway...Minor flooding is forecast.  
For the Kennebec River...including Skowhegan, North Sidney, Augusta,  
Hallowell...Minor flooding is forecast. 
For the Suncook River...including North Chichester...Minor flooding  
is forecast. 
For the Lamprey River...including Newmarket...Minor flooding is  
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. 
* WHERE...Kennebec River at Skowhegan. 
* WHEN...Until Saturday morning. 
* IMPACTS...At 35,000.0 cfs, Flooding begins at campgrounds in  
Skowhegan. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... 
- At 11:00 AM EDT Wednesday the flow was 38,000.0 cfs. 
- Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours 
ending at 11:00 AM EDT Wednesday was 76,000.0 cfs. 
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 
42,210.0 cfs early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall 
below flood stage early Saturday morning. 
- Flood flow is 35,000.0 cfs.
