Counties. 
Pemigewasset River At Woodstock affecting Grafton County. 
Pemigewasset River At Plymouth affecting Grafton and Belknap  
Counties. 
Saco River At Conway affecting Cumberland, Carroll and Oxford  
Counties. 
Presumpscot River At West Falmouth affecting Cumberland County.  
Swift River At Roxbury affecting Oxford County. 
Kennebec River At Augusta affecting Kennebec County. 
Kennebec River At North Sidney affecting Kennebec County. 
Kennebec River at Hallowell affecting Sagadahoc and Kennebec  
Counties. 
Suncook River At North Chichester affecting Merrimack and Belknap  
Counties. 
For the Pemigewasset River...including Woodstock, Plymouth...Minor  
flooding is forecast. 
For the Saco River...including Conway, West Buxton...Minor flooding  
is forecast. 
For the Presumpscot River...including West Falmouth...Moderate  
flooding is forecast. 
For the Swift River...including Roxbury...Minor flooding is forecast.  
For the Kennebec River...including Skowhegan, North Sidney, Augusta,  
Hallowell...Moderate flooding is forecast. 
For the Carrabassett River...including North Anson...Minor flooding  
is forecast. 
For the Suncook River...including North Chichester...Minor flooding  
is forecast.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law  
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National  
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING...  
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. 
* WHERE...Kennebec River at Skowhegan. 
* WHEN...From this morning to late Wednesday morning. 
* IMPACTS...At 35,000.0 cfs, Flooding begins at campgrounds in  
Skowhegan. 
At 60,000.0 cfs, East River Road starts to flood. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... 
- At 5:00 AM EDT Monday the flow was 23,952.0 cfs. 
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this  
morning to 65,590.0 cfs this evening. It will then fall below  
flood stage early Wednesday morning to 34,570.0 cfs Wednesday  
morning. It will rise to 34,650.0 cfs early Wednesday 
afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood 
stage. 
- Flood flow is 35,000.0 cfs.
