#MEwx Freeze Watch in effect with col temps and possible rain

Portions of central, northern, and southern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
