  This   morning we have clouds with a chance for snow, then snow likely this afternoon. Snow accumulation around an inch. Highs in the mid 20s with light and variable winds, becoming northeast around 10 mph this afternoon.  
  Tonight   we'll have clouds with snow likely, mainly during evening hours. Total snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Lows around 16°F. North winds around 10 mph gusting to 20 mph.  
  The   wind direction is East Northeast between 0.2 MPH and 2.5 MPH.

I   have a real soft spot for this recipe. It's one of those "comfort meals" that I've always been drawn to.  
SHRIMP   CASSEROLE
Serves:    8
  1   cup cut-up shrimp
1   ¼ cup soft bread crumbs
1   tsp. mustard
2   tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½   small onion, minced
½   small green pepper, minced
2   tbsp. butter
1   cup milk
2   tbsp. flour
3   tbsp. melted butter
- Sauté   ½ minced onion, and ½ minced green pepper in 2 tbsp. butter.
 - Make   a cream sauce using 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. melted butter.
 - Combine   cream sauce and onion and pepper mixture with 1 cup shrimp, 1 ¼ cups soft bread crumbs, 1 tsp. mustard, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.  Bake slowly at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
