We’ve received 0.77 inches of rain here over the past 24 hours.

Since we’re all supposed to be careful and stay either home or close to home, might as well relax and have something devilish.

BLOODY MARY MIX

2 quarts

1 (46 oz) can tomato juice

1 (10½ oz) can beef broth, undiluted

2 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp instant minced onion

1 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tsp Celery salt

1 tsp Celery seeds

¼ tsp Tabasco sauce

3 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

1 cup Vodka (optional)

Combine all the ingredients, except Vodka, stir well and chill for 8 hours.  Stir in Vodka, if desired, just before serving. Serve over ice.
