Wind Advisory remains in effect until 11 am EDT this morning...
* what... east winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* Where... in New Hampshire, Strafford and interior Rockingham
counties. In Maine, interior York, interior Cumberland,
Androscoggin, Kennebec and interior Waldo counties.
* When... until 11 am EDT this morning.
* Impacts... gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
If you plan on using a portable generator... be sure to observe
all safety precautions to avoid Carbon monoxide poisoning...
electrocution... or fire. Be sure to operate your generator in a
dry outdoor area away from windows... doors and vents. Carbon
monoxide poisoning deaths can occur due to improperly located
portable generators!
